On November 17th, ESOY learned about the rich history and operation of the York Haven Hydroelectric Station with a presentation and tour. After the tour, we enjoyed dinner at Kickin’ Kadilaks Bar and Grill.

On September 22nd, Lincoln Chapter of PSPE and ESOY joined for dinner and a presentation by RK&K at Burning Bridge Tavern to learn about improvements on the SR 462 bridge over the Susquehanna River. The evening included a tour of the Civil War bridge diorama. 

On June 4th, members and guests celebrated the award of scholarships to our most recent high school awardees and several returning college students at Wellspan Park.  Jim Gleba gave the formal presentation on the field just prior to the game and John Yankowski threw out the first pitch.

On May 19th, our members and guests met at the York Water Company Employee Conference Center and enjoyed a variety of El Cantarito tacos and a presentation on the Lake Williams Dam from Engineers Brett Steers of York Water and Ethan Miller of GFT.
